Ook al is men in Didam het er niet mee eens?<\/p>\n<p>De rechter overweegt: Inschrijvers hebben er gelet op al het voorgaande in redelijkheid niet van kunnen uitgaan dat er alleen sprake is van aangrenzende grond, indien deze grond een kadastrale grens deelt met Pachtgrond 2. Duidelijk was dat, indien er enkel een weg van de gemeente loopt tussen twee agrarische percelen, er ook sprake is van aangrenzende grond. De voorzieningenrechter acht de bewoordingen niet voor meerderlei uitleg vatbaar, maar alleen voor de uitleg die [eiseres] hieraan hebben gegeven (\u2026) mede gelet op de context.
